This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through this store, operated by Marathon Petroleum.

Where we ship

We currently ship to delivery addresses in the United States. We do not offer international shipping through this storefront at this time.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after the order is accepted. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, carrier interruptions, holidays, or when additional verification is needed.

Transit time

After dispatch, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 4–6 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary by destination, carrier service, weather, or events outside our control.

Shipping charges and tracking

Standard shipping is complimentary for eligible U.S. orders. If a shipping option, charge, or restriction applies, it will be displayed before you complete checkout. When carrier tracking is available, it is sent to the email address provided with the order after the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Addresses and delivery issues

Please review your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an address issue; we cannot guarantee changes after an order begins processing. If a package is delayed, marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, contact support@based.net with your order number so we can review the situation.
